This exclusive five-course dinner celebrates 28 years of Rare Steakhouse Midtown in partnership with Hentley Farm—one of the Barossa Valley’s most acclaimed producers. Awarded Halliday Winery of the Year in 2015, winner of the prestigious Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy in 2022, and recognised by The Real Review in 2025 as one of Australia’s Top 20 Wineries, Hentley Farm continues to set the benchmark for contemporary Barossa winemaking.
Their reputation was further elevated in The Vintage Journal Barossa Guide 2025, which praised their mastery of Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and blends—including a perfect 100-point score for the 2022 Clos Otto Shiraz.
The evening will be hosted by a representative from Hentley Farm, who will share insights into their winemaking philosophy, the stories behind their most iconic labels, and the craftsmanship that has positioned them among Australia’s finest.
Guests will enjoy a carefully paired multi-course menu, designed to illuminate the elegance and power of Hentley Farm’s award-winning range.

Tickets to this five-course wine dinner are available for $275 per person.
Guests are welcome to arrive from 5.30pm onwards to enjoy pre-drinks from our in-house menu, with the event starting at 6.30pm sharp.
