Since 1997, Rare Steakhouse has been dedicated to the art of grilling the perfect steak.

We champion only the highest quality products and ingredients, and work closely with local Australian suppliers, to ensure all produce adheres to the strictest sourcing standards

Each cut is aged for a minimum of 40 days to guarantee exceptional tenderness and basted whilst on the char-grill, with Rare’s Signature Secret Baste, a cornerstone of the Rare experience since 1997.

Our Menu

Our menu showcases the finest Australian-produced grain and grass-fed beef, including Eye-Fillet, Scotch Fillet, Rib Eye, and T-Bone steaks, alongside a timeless selection of starters, seafood dishes and desserts.

A cornerstone of the Rare Steakhouse experience is our signature baste, created by the Miller family in 1997, which is applied to all our cuts whilst on the chargrill to ensure maximum flavour and tenderness.
