We are delighted to present the second edition of our exclusive Whisky Dinner at Rare Uptown. In collaboration with the renowned Japanese Whisky brand, JQWS, indulge in a thoughtfully crafted four-course dining experience designed to perfectly complement their multi-award-winning Shinobu distillery.
Each course is thoughtfully infused with the whisky served. Menu highlights include a 400g O'Connor Rib-Eye on the bone, basted with Shinobu-infused glaze, paired with the smooth Shinobu Lightly Peated Pure Malt Whisky.
Join us for this exclusive tasting menu, available for $160 per person on Wednesday, October 30th. Dinner begins at 7pm, with doors opening at 5:30pm for pre-dinner drinks at the bar. Whisky tasting packs will also be available for purchase.

JQWS BRAND AMBASSADOR Chris Saati
The evening will be led by Chris Saati, esteemed brand ambassador at JQWS. Chris will discuss the rich history of the Shinobu Distrillery and provide expert insight into the selected whiskys on showcase.
