Join us at Rare Steakhouse Midtown, on Thursday 22nd August, as we present an exclusive Wine Dinner in collaboration with the renowned Victorian Winery, Scotchmans Hill.
The evening will be a celebration of the multi-award-winning winery, as they showcase their most prestigious wines.
Guests will be treated to a four-course dining experience curated by Head Chef, Joseph Borg, that showcases the best in seasonal produce and Victorian grass-fed cattle from the renowned O’Connor farm in Gippsland, Victoria.

Scotchmans Hill’s Robin Brockett
The evening will be led by Robin Brockett, esteemed Chief Head Winemaker at Scotchmans Hill for over thirty years. Robin will discuss the rich history of Scotchmans Hill and provide expert insight into the selected wines on showcase.

Guests are welcome to arrive from 6.30pm onwards to enjoy pre-drinks from our in-house menu, with the event starting at 7pm sharp.
