Hosted by Natasha Mooney

4-course dinner with 5 wine pairings
Doors open 5.30pm | Event begins 6.30pm
$180 per person

Join us for an exclusive four-course dinner, paired with five carefully chosen wines, offers a rare opportunity to experience the spirited finesse of Tash & The Thief—crafted by Natasha Mooney, a multi–trophy-winning winemaker with over 25 years of experience.

Natasha will host the evening herself, sharing her fearless approach to winemaking—one that allows fruit to speak with purity, clarity, and power. From her roots in the Barossa to her acclaimed releases from the Adelaide Hills, she has earned a reputation for wines that are bold, expressive, and unapologetically individual.

One of the highlights of the evening includes a 300g Yardstick Eye Fillet, expertly prepared to enhance its natural richness, paired with the 2022 The Thief? Shiraz — a medium-bodied wine that unfolds with notes of plum compote, dark cherry, boysenberry and a vivid lift of spice and sour cherry on the finish. It’s a poised and sophisticated match—layered, balanced and beautifully considered.

Throughout the evening, Natasha will guide you through her collection, sharing insights into her winemaking journey, the stories behind each label and her passion for creating wines that capture both place and personality.

More about

Tash & The Thief Wines

Tash & The Thief Wines is an award-winning South Australian producer founded by Natasha Mooney, whose career spans more than 30 years. The Tash range, sourced mainly from the cool-climate Adelaide Hills, focuses on vibrant, contemporary styles like Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. These wines are made to be fresh, approachable and full of clean, expressive fruit character.

The Thief? collection draws on Mooney’s family story and showcases single-vineyard Shiraz and Shiraz Cabernet from Greenock in the Barossa Valley. These wines are richer and more structured, known for dark fruit intensity, savoury depth and fine tannins that reflect the unique terroir. Together, Tash and The Thief? demonstrate Mooney’s talent for crafting wines with personality, balance and a clear sense of place.
