This Father’s Day, we honour the occasion with a rare indulgence — a Wagyu Eye Fillet from Mayura Station on South Australia’s Limestone Coast. Renowned for producing some of the world’s finest Wagyu, Mayura Station’s cattle are raised in a pristine landscape of rolling hills and fertile conditions that yield beef of unrivalled quality.
With a marble score of 9+, this exceptional cut is defined by intricate marbling that laces the meat like fine silk. As it cooks, the marbling gently melts, imbuing the fillet with a buttery tenderness and a depth of flavour worthy of the occasion.
As a special gift, every dad dining with us will also receive a complimentary bottle opener to take home.
Downtown will open specially for lunch and dinner from 12pm, while Uptown and Midtown will be serving dinner from 5pm.
